Total Talent Source provides business-system and executive-positioning services, including a free, AI-assisted Growth Bottleneck Finder generated from information and documents you submit. The personalized finding is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute career, legal, financial, or professional advice, and does not guarantee any business or employment outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to only submit documents (such as a resume) that you own or have the right to share with us. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Growth Bottleneck Finder format, is owned by Total Talent Source or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your own submitted documents and personal information remain yours; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

5. Payment, refunds, and scheduling

All purchases are final. Total Talent Source does not offer refunds for any product, program, session, retainer, workshop, or webinar, once purchased. By enrolling or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance.

Live group sessions (including the HTC Build Session) require preparation. Enrollment for a session closes 48 hours before it begins so that every attendee has time to complete the required onboarding. If you do not complete your onboarding before your scheduled session, your seat will be moved to the next available session at no additional charge; this is a rescheduling accommodation, not a refund. Retainers are billed month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, which stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid.

6. No warranty

This site and the Growth Bottleneck Finder are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the personalized finding will meet your particular needs or expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Talent Source will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Growth Bottleneck Finder.

8. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
